I offer several meditation classes designed to meet different needs, lifestyles and locations.
Suitable both for beginners and for those who have already tried some meditation. If you’re a complete beginner, you will learn a number of techniques and discover the benefits meditation can bring. If you already have some experience, the classes will help establish your own practice and routine.
Each session lasts for an hour, in which we will practise three or four different meditations. Although there may be some Buddhist meditations included, the classes are secular.
Each meditation will be followed by a chance to reflect on your experience, take part in group and pair discussion and ask any questions.

One-to-One Meditation Classes
Tailored to your individual needs, my one-to-one sessions can be taught in person or via Skype. This allows you to learn meditation from anywhere in the world.
For beginners, learning to meditate online can relieve the nervousness one may feel about joining a group. The individual attention means that you can quickly gain a solid foundation on which to build your practice.
If you already have some meditation experience, these classes will deepen your practice, allow you to experience other techniques and make meditation a regular part of your life.
Each hour-long session will include around 3-4 meditations of around 5-10 minutes, followed by a chance to discuss your experience and ask any questions.
